  • We provide diagnostics and training for smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops (Mac & PC), game consoles, and other connected devices. If it powers on and you want to learn it—we can help.

  • Your technician will:

    • Run a full diagnostic to evaluate your device’s condition

    • Explain any issues in simple, easy-to-understand term

    • Show you how to use features, settings, backups, apps, or tools based on your needs

    We answer questions at your pace to make you feel comfortable.

  • Just your device, charger, and any passwords or login info you may need to access your accounts or settings. If you're learning a new device, bring your old one as well for setup or data transfer.

  • If a diagnostic shows your device needs a repair, we’ll explain the issue and cost. You can choose to repair it right away or schedule it—no pressure.

  • Yes. You can schedule additional Golden Answers™ sessions anytime, or upgrade to a Gold Care™ Protection Plan for ongoing support, repairs, and device help.
